01 · Turnkey System Integration

One point of contact, one delivery

We design, supply and commission every component of a power system — the genset and the Balance of Plant (BoP) around it — under a single engineering coordination. The customer gets one point of contact, one responsibility, one delivery.

Scope

  • Main equipment: Generator set (engine + alternator + controls)
  • Fuel Systems: Day tanks, main fuel storage, transfer pumps, polishing, leak detection
  • Exhaust Lines: Silencers (residential / critical / hospital grade), insulation, expansion joints, stack design

    No-load / loaded tests, paralleling tests, customer training.

02 · Custom Genset Manufacturing

When the catalog isn't enough, we build to spec

Off-the-shelf generators from manufacturer catalogs cover the majority of projects. But some applications — particularly Oil & Gas, mining, marine and extreme-climate sites — bring requirements that standard products cannot meet. In those cases, we manufacture customer-specific genset packages.

  • Oil & Gas IP54/IP55 alternator package — for onshore well-site and gathering station applications, designed for heavy dust, particulate and moisture conditions.
  • Mining duty containerized genset — for high motor load transients and dusty conditions: altitude derating, high-IP enclosures, advanced air filtration, modular and mobile.
  • Marine and offshore packages — DNV / ABS / Lloyd's certified; corrosion-resistant coatings, compact platform footprint.
  • Cold weather packages — down to –40 °C: pre-heating, insulated enclosure, fuel heater, glycol cooling, cold-start capability.

Independent engineering support

Sometimes our customer needs only engineering support — feasibility, system architecture, calculation reports, or an independent design review. We can offer this as a standalone service.

04 · Synchronization & Paralleling Systems

A discipline that demands advanced engineering

Operating multiple generators in parallel with each other or with the grid is a discipline that demands advanced engineering. A poorly designed synchronization system isn't just inefficient; it creates equipment damage and safety risk.

  • Multi-genset paralleling systems (2 to 20+ units in parallel)
  • Grid synchronization (parallel-with-utility, soft transfer, parallel switching)
  • Load sharing and load shedding design
  • Automatic transfer switches (ATS) — closed transition, open transition, soft load transfer

05 · Testing Services

Factory and site acceptance tests

A power system is only as reliable as the conditions it has been tested for. We offer factory and site acceptance testing not only for our own projects but also for third-party generator systems — as an independent service.

Scope

  • Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) — at the manufacturer's facility, witness testing, performance verification
  • Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) — comprehensive post-installation testing, customer handover
  • No-load testing — engine parameters, control functions
  • Loaded tests — load bank at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 110% steps
  • Step load (block load) tests — ISO 8528 G3/G4 acceptance criteria
  • Paralleling tests — synchronization accuracy, load sharing
  • Fuel consumption measurements — documented per warranty terms
  • Emissions measurements — NOx, CO, particulates
  • Acoustic measurements — noise level at 1m and 7m
  • Thermal imaging — hot spot detection
  • Vibration analysis — mechanical health assessment
